If you plan to finish the course in 10-days, you will need nearly the entire day for each day's education. You may elect to take as long as you need to complete the course material. If you do not have 10-days straight to set aside for the course, it is designed so that you can complete it at your own pace. If you choose to include the lab testing, you will want to implement whatever you learn for as long as it takes you to finish the course, so that you see can objectively see your improvement in your final lab values.
