During this class we will learn about salves and salve making and the uses and benefits of medicinal plants such as comfrey, mullein, stinging nettle and more. Recipes included.
Dive in with us as we learn the simple but effective use of poultices and compresses to stimulate the immune system. This will include hands on trainings. (For as many as possible.)
Time to practice! Participants will be given the opportunity to put into use the knowledge learned over the last couple of days using hypothetical case study scenarios.

"As a retired nurse, there was a lot of new and interesting information that I acquired at this event that I am hoping to use to benefit not only my health bt others.”
– Bobbi W., Okanogan
“I had a great experience with like-minded people who have the same desires as I to live more healthfully in God’s natural garden.”
– Joseph B., Omak
“This experience was the best health conference I’ve ever been too. As a hands-on learner, I took away valuable and practical techniques that will stick with me longer. And the best part is, I don’t need credentials.”
– Flying High, Omak
“I had a wonderful time relearning information I knew when I was much younger and recommitted to a healthy lifestyle. I love natural remedies and this was an exceptional experience with great skills taught.”
– Amber A., Okanogan
"One of the best health conferences I’ve ever attended. Everything was practical, easy to understand and explained in layman’s terms yet deep enough that the experienced medical professional would be blessed. I would definitely attend again!"
– Alan J., Omak
“The training is Amazing! It took me back to the basics, to the normal way 'nature and nurture.'
The knowledge we were given during the course calls for ingredients found in our kitchens, herbs and medicinal plants in our yards, in our local parks or in our hiking areas. We learned how to use them to strengthen our bodies immunity, to heal minor health problems and support our overall health and avoid chronic diseases!
We also learned how to use water through cold and hot compress, fomentation and wraps to treat pain, muscle strains and stiffness, and circulation issues.
This is a training I would like to participate in year after year and invite as many people as possible! I can’t wait to participate again!"
– Hadas A.,
