1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for The End of All Things prophecy series, purchasing any related tickets or passes, or attending any part of the Event (including associated workshops, demonstrations, or digital sessions), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional terms referenced during the registration process.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not complete your registration and you must not attend the Event. Where you register on behalf of another individual (such as a colleague, family member, or minor participant), you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Event description and organizer details

End of All Things prophecy series (the "Event") is a free information seminar on Bible prophecy. The Event organizer ("we", "us", "our") will be identified in your registration confirmation email and on the official Event website.

While we strive to provide accurate information about the Event schedule, speakers, exhibitors and activities, details are subject to change. Any descriptions of the Event are for general guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee that any specific feature, session, or individual will appear.

3. Eligibility and registration

3.1 Age requirements

Unless otherwise indicated in the Event materials, you must be at least 18 years old to register independently. Minors will be allowed to attend the Event if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these terms on their behalf.

3.2 Accurate information

You agree to provide complete, current and accurate information during registration and to update any details that change prior to the Event. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your registration if we have reason to believe the information you have provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Non-transferability

Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, registrations, tickets, or passes are personal to the named attendee and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to another individual or entity. We may require identification at check-in to verify your registration details.

4. Health, safety and medical considerations

You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically fit to participate in the Event. By taking part in any Event activity, you voluntarily assume all such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law and agree that you participate at your own risk.

4.3 On-site instructions and safety rules

You agree to follow all safety instructions given by our staff, instructors, venue personnel, and any signage or written rules displayed at the Event. We may refuse your participation in any activity, or ask you to leave the Event, if we reasonably believe your behavior or physical condition presents a safety risk to yourself or others.

5. Payments, cancellations and refunds

5.1 Fees and payment terms

There are no fees for this event.

5.2 Attendee cancellations

Not applicable.

5.3 Organizer cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel the Event in its entirety without offering an alternative date.

6. Event modifications, postponement and cancellation

We may modify the Event program, schedule, format, venue or line‑up at any time, including changing speakers, instructors, or exhibitors, as well as transitioning some or all content to a virtual or hybrid format.

If the Event is postponed or rescheduled we will notify you of any material changes using the contact details provided during registration.

7. Code of conduct and prohibited behavior

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all attendees, staff, exhibitors and partners. You agree that you will not engage in any behavior that is unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, disruptive, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.

  • Harassment, bullying or intimidation of any kind
  • Use of hate speech, discriminatory language or gestures
  • Unauthorized recording in restricted areas or sessions
  • Consumption of alcohol or substances in violation of venue rules or local law
  • Damage to property, equipment or facilities
  • Unauthorized commercial activities, promotions or sales

We may, at our sole discretion remove you from the Event or refuse you entry if we reasonably believe that your behavior violates this code of conduct or poses a risk to others.

8. Liability, risks and disclaimers

Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to this, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Event will be limited to the amount of fees you actually paid to attend the Event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses, including loss of income, loss of business, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the Event or reliance on any information provided there.

9. Photography, video and media consent

The Event may be photographed, recorded, or live‑streamed by us or our authorized partners. By entering the Event premises (or joining any virtual sessions), you acknowledge that you may be included in such recordings and you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish and share such media for legitimate Event‑related and promotional purposes, in any format and through any channel, without further notice or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Personal data and privacy

We collect and process your personal data in connection with the Event, including to manage registrations, communicate with attendees, ensure safety and comply with our legal obligations. Our processing of personal data is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Where you consent to receive marketing communications from us or from specific exhibitors or partners, you may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe options provided in those communications, subject to any restrictions under applicable law.

11. Third‑party services and partners

The Event may feature third‑party exhibitors, trainers, speakers, vendors, or sponsors who offer products, services, or information that are not controlled by us. Any dealings you have with such third parties are solely between you and the relevant third party. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, any third‑party materials, products, services, or advice, even if they are presented within the Event.

12. Intellectual property

All Event content, including but not limited to presentations, workshop materials, branding, logos, photographs, recordings, and written materials, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or our licensors. You may use such content only for your personal, non‑commercial reference, and you must not copy, share, distribute, adapt or exploit any content without the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder, unless a specific license or permission is clearly granted to you in writing.
